The Firm assists people and companies in cybercrime criminal proceedings, both as defendants and as injured parties. Moreover, thanks to the collaboration with experts in the field, the Firm provides consultancy and assistance in the implementation of information security systems of companies, also for the protection of corporate know-how and industrial secrets. At the same time, the Firm provides training to companies’ management and employees, in order to raise awareness of cyber risks and prevent cyber attacks and/or the commission of cyber crimes in the corporate context.
