The Firm offers judicial and extrajudicial assistance in criminal matters to companies, their directors, managers and corporate structure. It also provides advice and support in criminal matters to internal control structures (e.g. board of auditors), also with a view to preventing the commission of crimes. Nonetheless, when carrying out extraordinary operations, the Firm assists companies and their directors by performing due diligence in order to prevent potential criminal risks.
